FAQs
We are happy to answer your specific questions. Please contact us.
Q. Are your projects limited to a certain geographic area?
A. No, we have partners across the nation who provide those services that need a local presence, construction, for example.
Q. How can you manage resources long-distance?
Our team of partners successfully manages large projects on a regular basis and would work with the individual clients to determine the method best suited for the project.
Q. Do your services include handling invoicing?
A. Yes, one of RMS' many benefits is that we are your one point of contact. We will handle all negotiations, contracting and billing with resources.
Q. To what extent are medical personnel involved in selecting resources?
A. If the medical staff (or other departments) choose to be involved in the selection process they can. We can present our recommendations and leave the final decision to any group the client designates.
Q. How can working with RMS save me money.
A. Several ways. Because we negotiate preferred pricing with many of our partners, the savings covers some of our fees. More important, you will have more time to treat patients and will avoid costly purchasing mistakes and vendor errors. RMS makes its decisions based on experience and extensive knowledge of the best products, services and resources.
Q. Changing to electronic medical records will cost money and disrupt the practice so we will not generate as much income during the transition. Is it worth it from a monetary standpoint?
A. Absolutely, it is worth it. EMR is not going away. The better planning and more experience you have in initial set up allows your practice to get on board faster and easier. RMS experience (set up, template design) will take that pain away leaving the changes to just adapting and customized workflow.
