Call Center
Our state of the art call center offers an alternative to the impersonal automated systems by using voice over IP technology that allows a practice-specific operator to answer your calls. The disposition of each call is determined by the needs and preferences of the practice based on protocols developed by the client.
RMS' call center also offers vacation coverage. With this service, the vacationing physician never has to miss a call and it ensures proper resolution of patient care based on protocols developed by the client and covering physician.
